Resolved: Horrible customer service
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. After I filed a complaint with the Illinois attorney general Power smart contacted me with a solution.
Takes hours to charge a battery. I called the toll free number at least 10 times waited on hold each time while there were up to 10 people ahead of me only to go into a loop recording at my turn. I emailed their product support 4 times and received no response. I also sent an email through ebay where i purchased this through the Power Smart store and got no response.
After 3 months of this I contacted the Illinois Attorney General's office and thanks to them I got an email from power smart that they would send me a new battery charger.
Hopefully that will fix the issue but I worry about future problems with a worthless 2 year warranty. This is not a trustworthy company and all stores like Walmart, Amazon, Lowes and ebay that carry this brand should not be selling them.

Dishonest company for affiliates
Power Smart is a dishonest company - at least for it's affiliates. I joined their program only to find out they have a low 2% commission - not worth promoting so I left it alone.
I never received any email or communication. This morning I saw they decided to leave a negative review because they hadn't gotten any sales. What?! They didn't bother communicating at all unlike other companies and like I said, a super low commission isn't enticing.
This brand is definitely unprofessional and to leave feedback when there was no interaction or communication with them.
Not a brand I would recommend supporting.
And judging by customer experiences this is not a brand I would want to support. Shoppers and buyers beware.

Resolved: Replacement part for self propelled lawn mower
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I told them about the wheel breaking & the hard starting.
Since they could not replace my mower they are sending me a full refund. Just received notice of this today, November 13, 2023.
